The spacious well equipped kitchen diner downstairs has a large table, perfect for family dining. Also downstairs is a large twin bedroom and a compact shower room.

Upstairs, the spacious and airy sitting room has the addition of a balcony with truly wonderful views of the Moray Firth. Another double bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, is also on this floor.
